“I wanted to keep my money close to home, so I gave it a shot and it’s been fantastic. I appreciate that they treat me like a person, not a number.”
What are your favorite aspects of being a Credit Union member?
“The staff! I can’t say enough good things about Teri Robinson. She has helped me along the way with many financial decisions. When I was thinking about buying a house, she helped me decide when the right time was, helped me through the process and introduced me to the right people. I was even helping a fellow Ironworker with buying a car, and I called the office after hours. They called me back right away and helped him get in touch with the right people. Their customer service is amazing. It’s all around great! I’ve passed word around and had out of town Ironworkers join so they could get loans. When I was buying cars, they’ve turned me on to good prices. I’ve even been able to increase my credit with their help. At Ironworkers CU, we’re small enough to be able to help our members one-on-one and big enough to provide them with all the financial services they need. We are passionate about being the “go to” people when our members need assistance with any aspect of their financial lives. We appreciate the trust our members have given with us!”
