Tina H.
When did you start working at Ironworkers USA Credit Union?
Around 2001 or 2002.
Why did you want to work at Ironworkers USA Credit Union?
I was looking for a part-time position at the time so I could still be home for my kids. Ironworkers Credit Union USA was just reopening the office in Spokane, so they wer flexible.
Tell us a little about yourself. (Interests, funny stories, hobbies)
I enjoy staying active in my free time. My favorite activities would be running and hiking. My most challenging event was running the Boston Marathon and hiking Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.
What do you like to do in your free time?
My husband and I enjoy spending time camping with our family, we have five boys together and six grandchildren.
Where is your favorite place to vacation or travel?
When I travel, I like to go to the national parks and the Washington and Oregon coasts as well.
What is special about the Credit Union?
Ironworkers Credit Union USA really does exist to serve its specific membership. We have added other locals, but have stayed consistent, only serving Ironworkers and their families.
If you could choose one song to play every time you walked into a room, what would you choose and why?
“Runnin’ Down a Dream” by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers brings back good memories for me.
If you could have any superhero power, what would it be and why?
Invisibility. Not sure specifically, but it could come in handy in so many ways.
Thanks, Tina for being such an amazing part of this team! We can’t do it without you!
