Established in 1960, Ironworkers USA Credit Union is a full-service, not-for-profit financial institution serving Union Ironworkers across the United States. By understanding the nature of the trade and offering products and services that cater to Ironworkers’ specific needs, we help Ironworkers and their families have strong financial futures. We don’t judge our members because we know that life happens and it’s not always pretty. Each account, no matter how big or small, is important to us. Culture

Ironworkers USA Credit Union has a small, but dynamic, staff in three locations (Portland, Seattle and Spokane) that serve members across the country. We are a financial institution with lots of growth opportunities. Our CEO is a driven leader who believes collaboration, creativity, continued professional development, and superior member service are the keys to our success. Our management team has created a relaxed culture where positive attitudes are encouraged and positive contributions are rewarded.

We treat our members like family, and for that, our members love us! Not only is the Credit Union committed to helping all Ironworkers meet their financial goals, but we also love being involved in the Locals’ activities. All Credit Union staff are expected to participate in events that we sponsor like Union Locals’ barbecues and holiday events. Because of this, evening or weekend hours may be required once in a while, and there may occasionally be some travel opportunities.
