Lost or Stolen Card
There are 2 ways to notify us if your card is lost or stolen, through the app/online banking or by calling the phone number below.
- APP/Online Banking: The fastest way to report a lost or stolen Visa Credit or Debit Card by selecting the one of the 4 options: Active, Disable, Lost* or Stolen*
*Please note if you select lost or stolen you will not be able to re-enable your card from the app if you get your card back.
